Position:
Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers
(Commercial/SME Financing)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, ideally in Islamic Banking)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Islamic banking
- Marketing
- Credit functions
- Portfolio management
Skills Required:
- Credit appraisal and financial analysis skills
- Awareness of market and industry trends
- Knowledge of internal banking processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and marketing abilities
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a structured calling program to explore business opportunities and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve growth targets in assets, trade, revenue, and ancillary business.
- Monitor the financial health and developments of clients and their industries to mitigate credit risks.
- Prepare and submit credit approval notes in alignment with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Legal, Operations, etc.) for smooth transaction processes.
