Selection of Haj Assistants/Supervisors for Hajj 2025
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has announced the recruitment of Haj Assistants/Supervisors for Hajj 2025 through the National Testing Service (NTS). This initiative aims to facilitate Pakistani pilgrims in Saudi Arabia by providing them with administrative and welfare services, including accommodation, transport, and food management.
Positions Available
Position: Haj Assistants/Supervisors
Scale: BPS-07 to BPS-18
Number of Seats: 880 (subject to increase or decrease)
Categories:
Supervisory Positions (80 seats)
Field/Assistant Staff (800 seats)
Quotas: Allocated based on provincial and regional representation, including Punjab, Sindh (Urban/Rural), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Government Employment: Applicants must be regular government employees (BPS-07 to BPS-18) receiving salaries through AGPR, provincial AG offices, or related field accounts offices.
2. Age:
New Applicants: 25-50 years (as of April 30, 2025).
Repeater Applicants: 25-55 years (as of April 30, 2025).
3. Physical Fitness:
Mandatory fitness test, including a 5km walk/run within a specified time.
Applicants with chronic illnesses or disabilities are ineligible.
4. Experience:
New applicants with no prior experience are welcome.
Repeat applicants should not have served as Haj Assistants more than twice.

4. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
