Under the “URAAN PAKISTAN” initiative, 700 teaching positions have been announced on a contract basis for one year (extendable). Vacancy Details
- 300 Posts for Secondary School Teachers (SST) – BPS-17
- 400 Posts for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) – BPS-16
- Both Male & Female candidates can apply
- Quota-based distribution for Punjab, Sindh (Urban/Rural), KPK, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, GB, and AJK
Eligibility Criteria
For SST (BS-17)
- Education: Master's Degree (16 years of education) with B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification.
- Subjects: Open to all disciplines.
- Age Limit: 22–30 years + 5 years general age relaxation.
For TGT (BS-16)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (14 years of education) in relevant subjects with B.Ed or equivalent.
- Subjects Available:
- English
- Urdu
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Age Limit: 20–28 years + 5 years general age relaxation.
Special Age Relaxation
- Up to 15 years for retired armed forces personnel
- Up to 10 years for government servants and persons with disabilities
- 3 to 5 years for various special categories (e.g., widows, tribal area residents)

- Written Test Centers: Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Quetta
- Selection Based on: Written test + Interview
